Agendas & Minutes of meeting

The Town Council meets the last Monday of each month at 7:30 pm unless a 'special meeting' is called by the Mayor.

The meeting always take place in the Pavilion room at the Phil Grundy Centre, Scawby Road. The public are welcome to attend meetings to listen to the proceedings. Members of the public may address the council by contacting the Town Clerk outlining the subject to be covered. The public may be excluded for some of the meeting if sensitive subjects are to be discussed.

Minutes of the last meeting are promulgated in the foyer of the Phil Grundy Centre and Village hall.
